Dietary Options & Allergens

- Vegan options are available on request.

-Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order so we can take extra care. Our products generally contain dairy, soy, tree nuts, and peanuts.

Placing an Order

-All our treats are handmade in small batches. Please take a look at the minimum order details listed under each section in the menu.

-Orders must be placed at least 5 days before the collection date.

Payment Terms

50% of the payment must be made when the order is confirmed. The balance amount is to be paid on the day of delivery or collection.

Delivery & Collection

-Delivery is available for orders above €25, with charges depending on location

-Free collection is available from Adamstown, Lucan.

Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

Advance Notice: Orders must be cancelled at least 3 days before the scheduled pick-up time.

Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made within 3 days of the pick-up, your payment may be non-refundable.

Cancellation Method: To cancel an order, please send a written request via email or direct message to our official account.

In the event of any issue with your order, we request that you contact us without delay. Refunds are considered and issued solely at our discretion, taking into account the nature of the complaint and the condition of the returned item. Please note that all returned products are subject to inspection and verification prior to the initiation of any refund.
